Cancellation & Refund

Schooliform allows cancellation of online orders within 24 hours of order placement, unless the order has already been processed and shipped.

Please note:
Depending on the order processing status, cancellation requests may be denied.


Cancellation Over Call

To cancel your order, contact our Customer Care at:

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Preferred refund method (Store Credit or Refund to original payment method)

You can also request cancellation via email.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for cancelled and returned orders are processed through the following modes:


1. Refund to the Source

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

  • Refund processing time: 7–15 working days.

  • Once initiated, the bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


2. Bank Transfer

  • Applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Refund will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our/seller’s warehouse and verified as per return policy.

  • Processing time: 15 working days after recovery of goods.


Refunds in Case of Exchange

  • No monetary transaction is involved in exchanges.

  • Exchange is treated as a replacement of the item.

  • Products must be returned in new and good condition.

  • In case of any delay from Schooliform, you will be notified accordingly.


TIME FOR REFUND

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 48 hours.

  • After initiation, banks may take additional time due to standard transaction delays (outside Schooliform’s control).

  • Schooliform’s liability is limited to the refund amount only.


TRANSACTION SECURITY

We assure you that all online transactions (credit/debit card and net banking) are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

  • Your bank details are safe and secure.

  • Information will not be misused or shared with any third party.

  • Refund status notifications will be sent via SMS and Email.
