Exchange Request & Policy

Go to the “Exchange Policy” page.
Carefully read the terms of exchange.
Click on the exchange link provided for your School & Branch.
Fill in the form with the correct details.
Your request will be recorded.
Exchange will be initiated once all details are verified and approved.
Our team will contact you with the date of exchange.
Please bring:
- The item in original packing
- Your own carry bag
Kindly check the product before leaving the centre to ensure it is the correct item to avoid any inconvenience.
An Acknowledgement Slip will be provided after the exchange is completed.
Further exchange for the same item will not be allowed unless the product is defective.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchange requests must be registered using the official exchange form.
Products can be exchanged within 4–7 days after delivery.
After 7 days, exchanges will not be accepted unless covered under warranty (e.g., shoes and bags).
Products must be:
- In original packing
- Unused
Final approval will be at the discretion of our representative at the centre.
Only products purchased directly from us (website or offline channel) are eligible.
Proof of purchase must be provided to initiate the exchange.
Products purchased without an invoice will not be exchanged.
Altered or used products will not be exchanged.
