HOW TO PLACE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?

Go to ‘Exchange Policy’ page
Read the terms of exchange
Click on the link provided for the school & branch
Fill the form with the correct details for exchange
Your response will be recorded and exchange initiated once all details have been verified and approved
Our team will contact you to inform you about the date of exchange
Kindly bring along the item that needs to be exchanged in its original packing and bring your own carry bag
Kindly check before taking the product to make sure it is the right one wanted by you to avoid losses
Acknowledgement slip will be given after the exchange is done
Further exchange for same items will not be allowed unless the product is defective

EXCHANGE POLICY

Any exchange request for products needs to be registered on the form provided by us
Products can be exchanged within 4-7 days after delivery
Post the lapse of 7 days, no products will be accepted for exchange unless covered under warranty like shoes and bags
Products need to be in their original packing and carry bag
Products need to be unused and the final decision on the same will be taken by our representative available at the centre
Only product purchased directly through us from our website or offline channel can be exchanged with us
Proof of purchase needs to be mentioned in order to initiate the exchange
Any product purchased without an invoice will not be exchanged
Products that have been altered or used will not be exchanged
