FAQs
The Golden Rule: Inside Out
Always flip your garments inside out before tossing them in the wash. This protects the outer fibers, prevents pilling, and keeps colors from fading against the agitator.
Cool is the New Hot
Unless you’re dealing with heavy-duty stains on towels or linens, wash in cold water. It saves energy, prevents shrinkage, and is much gentler on fabric elasticity.
Skip the Overload
We get it—you want to finish laundry in one go. But an overstuffed machine means clothes don’t get rinsed properly and friction increases. Give your clothes room to breathe!
Air Dry > Tumble Dry
High heat is the enemy of longevity. Whenever possible, lay items flat to dry or hang them up. If you must use a dryer, choose the “low heat” or “air fluff” setting.
Be Gentle with Detergent
More bubbles don’t mean cleaner clothes. Using too much detergent can leave a dulling residue on fabrics. Stick to the recommended amount—or even a little less.
